Prepay Time provides domestic and international mobile top-ups, prepaid cards, gift cards, retailer tools, and related digital services. The Services are intended for lawful use only and may be used by individuals and businesses that can form a binding contract under applicable law.
Rates, fees, commissions, promotions, product availability, supported carriers, supported countries, and delivery times may change at any time, with or without notice, unless a different notice standard is required by law.
You are responsible for reviewing the final order details before submitting payment. Once an order is placed, it may be processed immediately and may be difficult or impossible to cancel.
Prepay Time may refuse, suspend, review, or cancel any order or account where it reasonably believes there is fraud, abuse, a compliance concern, a payment issue, an incorrect recipient number, or another operational risk.
You authorize Prepay Time and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for all applicable amounts, including taxes, fees, and transaction charges.
If a payment is declined, reversed, charged back, or reversed by a financial institution or processor, Prepay Time may suspend delivery, reverse a transaction, or restrict access to the Services.
Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in writing, completed digital top-ups, prepaid products, gift cards, and similar digital deliveries are generally final and non-refundable. Where a refund is approved, it may be issued in the original payment method, account credit, or service credit at Prepay Time's discretion, subject to law.
Prepay Time is not responsible for carrier charges, roaming fees, third-party transaction fees, or other charges imposed by your mobile provider, payment provider, or receiving network.
Prepay Time reserves the right to request identity verification documents and additional information to comply with anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions screening, fraud prevention, and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.
The Services rely on third-party carriers, telecom operators, gift card issuers, payment processors, banks, and other service providers. Delays, errors, outages, restrictions, or changes caused by third parties may affect fulfillment, timing, or availability.
Prepay Time does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and delivery times shown on the website are estimates only unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, software, design, and compiled information, is owned by Prepay Time or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with written permission.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prepay Time and its affiliates from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Prepay Time may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, where permitted by law, including for suspected fraud, abuse, security concerns, non-payment, unlawful use, or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Calgary, Alberta, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If you register as a retailer, reseller, distributor, or business partner, you are an independent business and are solely responsible for complying with all applicable licensing, registration, tax, consumer protection, anti-money laundering, privacy, and other legal and regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions in which you operate.
The information on the Prepay Time website is provided for general informational purposes only. While Prepay Time strives to keep information accurate and current, it does not guarantee that all product descriptions, prices, carrier lists, country coverage, promotions, availability, or timing information are complete, current, or error-free.
